Is this the package for you?

Does your computer have a minor issue? Is it a single occurrence? Is this a new problem? If your answer is yes to any of these, we recommend the Bronze package. If your computer has a major problem or a recurring problem, we recommend the Silver package. If your system has a severe problem or if you unable to perform basic tasks on your system, we recommend the Gold package.

Will this cost me a lot to upgrade to another package?

Upgrades are easy. If your computer has a more serious issue, your Bronze package purchase will count as a $150 credit towards your purchase of your Silver or Gold packages!
